Rosemary’s antimicrobial and antioxidant properties are so powerful that we preserve many of our products with just an extract of rosemary. The essential oil however contains many other health protecting benefits such as being antiviral and antiseptic. But the reason to have this oil in our home does not end there.

Rosemary stimulates both body and mind, it is the ‘go to’ oil for when one need to focus, during exams, presentations or even sports, this oil is our best tool to help us succeed.  Diffusing it in the home or use blend it with jojoba to create a pulse point Rescue Oil are just some of the ways in which rosemary can be effectively used.

For stiff joints, rheumatism, general muscular aches and pains or when feeling exhausted a massage oil or a bath with rosemary diluted in a little liquid soap offers much relief. Rosemary is very restorative, especially when blended with lavender or another oil that calms the central nervous system.

MAIN THERAPEUTIC ACTIONS: Antioxidant, bactericidal, analgesic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, antiviral, astringent, cephalic, diuretic, emmenagogue, hypertensive, rubefacient, stimulant, tonic, uplifting.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use neat on the skin. Avoid in pregnancy, epilepsy and high blood pressure.
