    A master class with Alexandra Soveral on how to effectively work the facial tissues to detoxify, tone and lift.

    Sitting around a table in a group of no more than 6 people, Alexandra will demonstrate how to daily dry brush and massage the skin using her signature unique techniques that have been proved to be revolutionary in the art of skin rejuvenation. These practices have been tried and tested in the Soveral facial treatments for 15 years.

    This is a practical workshop where everyone has their beauty station at the table and is involved by following Alexandra in the full skincare routine that includes cleansing, dry face brushing and face massage.

  2. I attended my very first Street Dance class at DanceWorks. It was probably the most fun I had in a very long time. Although I’m not very coordinated I was able to follow the routine enough to really enjoy it. I must have burned over 1000 calories but in a really fun way, afterwards I felt a great sense of achievement...I’m going back next week! Check out Hannah & Ryan’s Class at DanceWorks.

  3. This week is Skincare Awareness Week so Jorj and I each wanted to share advice to help you look after your skin.

    Me: Good skin is healthy skin! We must take care of our skin from the inside out
    as well as from the inside in. By creating the best possible environment for
    healthy skin to thrive we are fighting away premature aging and prolonging
    our natural youthfulness. Sleep well, eat well and try not to worry too much
    about the small things in life, no skincare brand can give you the results
    you will get from this!

    Jorj: For men, use every opportunity to generate healthy skin. 
    For instance whilst applying shaving gel or cream use it as a medium to give
    yourself a face massage.
    Using circular motions in an upward direction, massage along the jaw line
    and your natural beard line.
    Quick, easy and done in a minute or two will achieve increased blood flow,
    firmer jaw muscle and even give you a better shave!
    Perform post shaving with moisturiser or face oil for a longer lasting
    effect.
